(NL) “Kéménymadár’’ (bird from the chimney) is een bio-grafische compositie van Hans (Hansko) Visser over de uitvinder, componist, en multi-instrumentatisl Ernö Király. De partituur bestaat uit een set linosneden, met bijbehorend verhaal, toonvoorraad en instructies.
Met de steun van ONS FONDS kunnen we de partituur (voor het eerst!) aan vier muzikanten / medecomponisten geven om hun versie van het stuk te maken, te repeteren en te spelen. Op basis van deze proef werkt Hansko Visser het stuk verder uit en af. Premiere staat gepland voor Oktober 2020 in het Orgelpark, Amsterdam.

(UK) “Kéménymadár’’ (bird from the chimney) is a bio-graphical composition in lino cut prints on the composer, ethnographer, inventor and multi-instrumentalist Ernö Király made by composer Hans (Hansko) Visser. With the support of ONS FONDS, four invited musicians/co-composers receive (for the first time!) the score (codes, tone stocks and instructions) from Hansko Visser to lay out their version of the piece, rehearse and play (enough to have it become a piece, not mere improvisation, and little enough to allow for the freedom that will make each performance different).
